Sorry for the confusion, it is the windball I have used. When working from home, I have it under my desk and roll it around as a force of habit when I feel my foot getting tight again. Got my neighbour one as well as she was suffering and she finds it has helped her
I would assume that with driving hours restrictions this is a two driver job with maybe even using a third driver for the local pickups / drop offs or a local driver at the Newcastle end.
Get a Windball - one of the hard plastic training cricket balls. The seem on the ball helps massage the foot. You might also want to try acupuncture as that works for some people.
There was a great article on The Athletic last season about how Scott Hansen doesn't drink anything during the show as he doesn't have time for toilet breaks.
At least Nix can move unlike the geriatric QB the Seahawks rinsed us for:mad: (or, for a more reasonable view, Broncos ridiculously over paid for and then compounded the issue by giving him a contract extension). The Hawks D was very well organised so hopefully a good learning exercise fro the...
Quiet on this thread for the first weekend of the new season.
Watching Broncos at Seahawks there were two safeties against Seahawks in the first half. Tight first half but Seahawks pulling away now.
They are paranormal thrillers set in Manchester. Don’t let the paranormal bit put you off if it isn’t your thing thought. There is the dark humour of his other books throughout.
Gone are the days of the flights from Gatwick to Newcastle.
There used to be cheap flights from Southampton for £29 each way but since Loganair took over from FlyBe these are long gone and now well over £200 return so just as expensive as the trains
I love the Country Bear Jamboree. A fine selection of bad dad jokes but also somewhere for a nice air conditioned rest. If I needed an air conditioned nap, then the hall of presidents nearby was much more relaxing.
Lost the gig there a few years ago so now runs the Forge as well as running nights at the open air theatre and in Hassocks, Lindfield and other places across mid Sussex.
Komedia is still going strong so we have two great comedy clubs in the city pluse a few other venues that host regular comedy
The support was Scott Bennett. I saw him at The Forge last year on his last tour and it was really good and would recommend catching his upcoming tour.
He also did a short Live At The Apollo slot which is probably online or will be on Dave again soon.
