So if a tournament is co-hosted then do both countries qualify automatically? Surely the other countries must object to that as it means one less place up for grabs through qualifying?

There was one called 'On the Up' of which I have a copy of Issue 4 so I assume there were at least 4 issues (I'm pretty strong on logic!!!). There was another one that was A3 size but I can't remember what it was called (or am I thinking of ASMS?)

1. don't underestimate the amount of work involved in bringing out an edition of a Fanzine in terms of getting sufficient material to fill it
