[Misc] What is the greatest purchase you've EVER made

I recently bought 3 different attractive “crystal” champagne flutes from a charity shop at £3 each.. As 2of them had those little gold labels on I googled them. One retailed at £30, which was nice. Another (which is much heavier than the others) retailed at £300, which was a bit of a shock. I...

    [Albion] Kieran McKenna

He won’t go to Chelsea cos he’s not stupid, and anyway their American owners have never heard of him. He won’t go to Man Utd cos they’ll want somebody bigger. He may come to us if he likes what he sees (and vice versa).

[Misc] Closest free/on-street parking to Crawley Hospital

Your best bet is to park on a metered kerbside area around the back of the hospital (can’t remember the road but look for Kipling’s Garage and park near there). It’s not free but it’s not too bad and there is generally spaces. If you’ve got time there is foc kerbside parking a bit further up...

    [Football] FA Cup semi finals

Surely the ManU goalie moved early for the penalty that was skied, and should have been retaken? Great game to watch though.

    [Misc] Tadpole advice needed

Me too. My garden pond has no sign of frogs or spawn this year, for the first time in about 30 years - I suspect the Newts have eaten all the tadpoles in years gone by, and so have upset the cycle.

[Albion] Brentford vs Brighton & Hove Albion *** Official Match Thread ***

My point was that Undav is scoring and remains uninjured (and not part of the De Zerbi training regime) - in response to the hypothesis made that "injuries may sometimes be down to the manager". That's all.
