[Misc] Tadpole advice needed

Me too.
My garden pond has no sign of frogs or spawn this year, for the first time in about 30 years - I suspect the Newts have eaten all the tadpoles in years gone by, and so have upset the cycle.

Same here. We get a lot of people coming to the rockery just to see the frogs and tadpoles. Infact several NSC members have taken frogspawn home in the past after contacting me.
It's pretty worrying that i've not seen a single frog (or toad) in any of the 3 ponds in Preston Park.

The ones that I borrowed are doing well but I have to take the spawn out of the ponds as the newts eat them.

I've only seen one adult frog in my pond this year, usually I have dozens of them.

Every year I transfer some spawn into a newt-free tub to give the tadpoles a chance and last year returned over a hundred froglets back to my main pond.
Not seen any since.

Went to the rockery today with my 1 and 3 year old sons and had a great time. Looking fab, top work and thank you!
