Interesting seeing all these different experiences of the Roma search/entry. I had a light pat down twice and that’s it. The only one in our group that had to take shoes off and got a very thorough search was a woman in her late 50s!
The one we went through took about 30 seconds between each time someone scanned a ticket (though I've seen someone post on NSC that this was controlled by stewards to slow down the rate at which we got through).
It’s all due to being crammed in those buses breathing in each others breath at close range. That and the train journeys and flights where we are confined and not a lot of ventilation.
Whilst I don't live in Seaford have several colleagues that do and it seems like a nice suburb of Eastbourne with decent transport links basically. Definitely seems nicer than Newhaven.
