Can anyone help me out with this?
I'm just looking for a shop or an online retailer who sells PC's at a good price. We need a new one, but funds are low. What could I get for £300 these days?
Thanks.
The only manager game that I can find, that will run on my computer, is Championship Manager 2006 :(
So I'm playing that, and it's proper shit I tell thee!
You sound very down about it all mate, make sure you keep your chin up!
If it's any consolation: Im still trying to get over my ex, who I split up with six months ago. So I'm with ya buddy!
After creating this NOSTALGIC thread earlier on, I was in the mood for some RETRO gaming. When I got back from work I attempted to install CM 97/98 on my home computer. What I'd forgotten is that CM 97/98 is a DOS based program, and on my home computer I can't even see as much as a 'DOS Promt'...
I'm now concerned that I'm becoming a bigger MOANER than WW
I hope this isn't the end Potter? I actually quite enjoy some of the RANTING you post on here!
Does anyone know of any websites where you can download 'updated patches' for 'old' CM games? Or even a website where you can download the old games themselves?
I remember creating a dream team at Barcelona on CM 97/98. But my best spell was manager of Glasgow Rangers. Marco Negri was FLAIR, and I got Guseppi Signori on a FREE to partner him. Between them they would ALWAYS guarantee at least FIFTY goals a season
I actually think there is a greter weight of intellect behind Boyle's comedy. He knows his stuff on a number of different subjects.
Don't get me wrong, I think MM is great. But he does very obvious, everyday, observational comedy.
