The Albion is a terrible pub 😄
The working mens club close to the ground is friendly, although they almost certainly didn't realise we were Brighton supporters
There were individual errors in both the West Ham and AEK games, which can be difficult to account for. If we minimise them, we will be in a healthy position by the end of the season, but no one is thinking about becoming champions.
We might do well in a cup, but that can literally be down to...
The other 3 English teams should have enough to get through their groups, Newcastle's group is so difficult that finishing third would be a decent result for them.
I agree with the sentiment though
Regardless of how you cook your spuds, or what other ingredients you add, I'd recommend using a Kitchen Aid/Kenwood or similar to gently cream the mash. Use the k beater on a slow setting, and throw in all your other stuff whilst it's rotating.
For the record, I gently boil desiree potatoes...
I don't think we will bother the relegation places this season but when our European adventures begin and injuries /suspensions accrue we might find the going a bit tougher. If we can manage a top 10 finish and go deep into a cup or two then that would be yet another excellent season
It's one of the bigger stadiums so chances of getting a ticket would be better for those of us not in the top tier, especially if there were people reluctant to travel to such a potential hot spot.
On balance I would go, but would try to stay in somewhere more chilled out like Avignon or Aix...
