If you know anything about football at all, a thrashing (well by my definition) is not necessarily the final scoreline of any game, but how a team is completely outplayed :tosser:
Iceland are better than the Faroe Islands in Pot E for sure.
I would fancy France or Russia to beat either Norway or Greece. Probably add England to that list too. Didn't France give us a good thrashing in a frinedly at home in the last 12 months or so?
Tried that Horton HI looks like 120 other people thought of that idea first though. Who would have thought it pre T20, a game of cricket sold out at Hove 24 hours before the coin toss. Good for Sussex....but bad for me:glare: If we get through and we get a home tie it is a lesson that has been...
My goodness that is huge. If mine is that big it is never going to fit in my wallet. I reckon the postie might have trouble getting it through the letterbox too....maybe that is why mine hasn't arrived yet???
Bit of a long shot I know but if you don't ask you never get and I know many Sharks fans are on this board.
Has anyone got 4 tickets for the game tonight and can't go please let me know as I and a few friends would like to go. Don't mind which area, General Admission, New Stand, corporate...
Yep a smile forms over my face thinking about how the gobby Hampshire supporter sitting behind me on Sunday will be feeling now.
Relegation certainties and T20 quarter final losers:thumbsup:
I read some of the comments earlier and pretty much agreed with them. Their batting innings was almost a template for a perfect T20 innings. 50 or so after 6 overs, keep it ticking along in the middle overs (with almost a boundry an over) then have a real blast with wickets in hand in the last 4...
Totally outclassed on all fronts.
Really need to pull our socks up on Friday but with the way things are a win will probably get us a home tie in the semis. Could be a very costly tie for Zomerzet yesterday
I think Joyce and Luke (is he going to be able to play on Friday) in for Loo Vincent...
I would go back to 30th June 2004 to stop the person whom started this thread ever doing so. Thus saving me 5 minutes today.
However, seriously I think I would like to go forward 5000 years.
Has the human race destroyed itself? Can people live to 1000+ years? Is there conclusive proof either...
Get some perspective man! Blair didn't have to resign over going to an illegal war based on a tissue of lies and Brown didn't have to resign while being leader during the worst financial crisis in 70 years so why should Cameron.
