I thought that too but I don't think you can access the bypass from Westbourne Villas without pasing traffic lights?

A casual glance off Hove beach will afford you a view of HMS Mersey. A small warship on 'military ops' thats been fannying around in circles all afternoon. There's also a tall ship - the 'Belem' moored off the Marina. I bloody well LOVE that site
