[Albion] AS Roma vs Brighton & Hove Albion *** Official Match Thread ***

The media are doing him no favours continually labelling him as brilliant. He is being linked with bigger jobs but has done nothing to deserve this attention. Its the Emperors Clothes all over again just like Potter. After nearly two seasons I think we all know that he only wants to play one...

[Albion] AS Roma vs Brighton & Hove Albion *** Official Match Thread ***

Been coming off for some time. Irrespective of the costly injuries the mindset is all wrong. We are losing a number of games in the first 45 mins. Too open too early and having too much to do and no readjustment from the manager.

Well...no one who wants to win trophies. You have to be able to defend. This man doesn't believe its important. One dimensional risky football which is too unfair on some of our talented players.

This is beyond embarrassing. RDZ being ruthlessly exposed as a manager putting too much pressure on his players. No in game management. Just the same old tippy tappy whatever the scoreline.

Well he's had nearly two years to show any desire to defend properly so I wouldn't hold yer breath. A night like tonight needed a touch of pragmatism but we just keep playing the same old way with defenders constantly exposed and too many players with the wrong mindset..I.e...overplaying and as...

[Albion] Fulham vs Brighton & Hove Albion *** Official Match Thread ***

Our whole Pl season has ridden on the back of 15 points from the first 6 games. Since then we have taken 24 out of a possible 63. An average of 1.14 points per game. Averaged across the season it would see us get 43 points. I don't see recent games as a blip. We have been Inconsistent for a very...

FA Cup was a real chance but we blew that...same as last season. Poor defeats this season and last in the Carabao. Roma tie could be all over out there and teams are beginning to mount their 7th place challenge. The managers touchline petulance is really beginning to hack me off. Won't be long...

RDZ is trying to be too clever. Just go back to basics. Round pegs..round holes. Too many games thrown away this season. FFS abandon this gk rotation as well. IT ISNT WORKING.

Painfully predictable. Same poor start. It happens too often. No change in mindset. Just carry on knocking it sideways and piling up the possession stats. Injuries have taken a heavy toll but not necessarily in defence. In a couple of weeks we could be out of all Cups and below halfway in the PL.

    [Politics] George Galloway MP

Shocking indictment of British politics. Never has it been at a lower point. The country is being let down by incompetence and inexperience. Neither of the two main parties have any credibility. They are laughing stocks. Dragging our country into the gutter. Thats why Galloway was elected...

[Cricket] Test Series- England in India- January & February 2024

This is the ugly side of Bazball. No change of mindset. Just stick to the only gameplan they know, irrespective of circumstances. Either win quickly or lose quickly. Wickets going down like a pack of cards and tailenders forced to try and prolong it, when all hope has been lost. Sad to say but...

[Football] Can hard core support be measured from how many stay to watch a home drubbing?

I don't define ' hard core ' support by seeing every game to the final whistle and beyond. That is down to individual attitude. Certain fans will always say that they have never left early and never would. That is their choice. Is it a choice based on getting full value for their money...

Passing is awful. Truly awful. All the approach work spoilt by lack of finesse and accuracy.

Mary Earps....1/14 on to win it......geez.....have they forgotten her recent howler that played a big part in them not making the semi's or Olympics? Has there ever been a poorer year for potential candidates.

    [Football] Pompey

Got a feeling it was Danny Wilson but could be wrong......and yes I was there.....and yes....it was bloody awful. Only away game I have attended, thus far, where we have conceded 5 in one half. Only home game was v Bristol R where we were 1-5 down at HT. Happy days.

[Football] Selling Off The Albion Family Silver

Are the stakes higher at the top end of elite football or when you are 20 minutes from dropping out of league football, having survived winding-up orders, being made homeless and not having a pot to urinate in. When you transition from that to now in 25 odd years it seems churlish to be debating...

[Albion] Manchester City vs Brighton & Hove Albion *** Official Match Thread ***

This was so predictable. Another self destructive performance. A line up clearly selected with Thursday in mind. Just like Villa, another game sacrificed. Teams now know that if they go at us hard and early, we crumble. How many more games are we going to be two down early? This will be 5 games...
