    The Jeremy Corbyn thread

Didn't you have a go at someone for lacking empathy recently? ('to get one over them' after feeling wronged is the answer)

    [Albion] Goldson - Rangers [CONFIRMED]

You're either: a) a dolt for a serious comment or; b) a dolt for thinking your comment was in any way funny I don't see any humour whatsoever, irrespective of whether it's dark or not. oooerr, I hope a player gets an injury to prove Albion correct for allowing him to leave ... hilarious

    The Jeremy Corbyn thread

I haven't read up in any detail on the case, but for his side of the story read his statement on his website.

    The Jeremy Corbyn thread

    [Politics] Brexit

The Brexit deal agreed at Chequers is... Good for Britain: 13% (-1) Bad for Britain: 42% (+9) via @YouGov, 10 - 11 Jul Chgs. w/ 09 Jul Doesn't seem like many people on either side are happy with this proposal, which the EU might not even agree to.

I'm laughing at the sheer ridiculousness of this post. What a plum.

    [Politics] Trump BLIMP over Westminster

About 1000 protesters in Blenheim this evening. Think I read 5000 expected at a protest in London tomorrow (seems low, perhaps I'm incorrect). Nothing really, in the grand scheme of things. Tens of thousands came out to protest against Bush following the invasion of Iraq.

[Football] WC SF2 Croatia v England

Will you now revise your statement that Kane is currently the best player in the world on form? He'll never be considered the best until his goals actually lead to something significant - whether that be leading Tottenham to trophies or winning something at international level.

[Albion] Fans Forum - 9th August

I seem to recall someone questioned how Hughton likes to defend corners. Bit silly really - we defended corners fantastically last season.

[Football] Raheem Sterling - Pundits v Fans

Our biggest threat tonight, I thought. We were a lot poorer when he went off. Rashford certainly didn't do anything to justify claims that he should have started over Sterling - he was laboured and his anticipation was really poor, even though he was meant to be fresh.

[Football] WC SF2 Croatia v England

So close but just didn't have the quality or experience. Still, it's looking positive for the future.

We were desperate for a Harry Kane. Didn't turn up tonight.

[Football] WC SF2 Croatia v England

Officials have been crap in ET. Linesman didn't give a corner when ball went out of play and didn't give a throw in when the ball looked to have gone out of play. The ref gave Croatia a free kick in a dangerous position when it wasn't a free kick, didn't give us one - and also gave them a free...

[Football] France vs Belgium World Cup Semi-final

I haven't read the thread - it's probably already been mentioned - but when are the commentators going to start calling out Mbappe for his cheating? Does he get a pass because he's talented and young? And why didn't the ref add on at least 30 seconds for the sub in added time? There was a...

[Football] WC QF3 Sweden v England

Well yes a general dislike for Sterling obviously as I alluded to earlier, but it's been led by huge numbers of Liverpool fans who've hated him since he left them, and they've helped to spread the dislike of him to fans of other teams. Liverpool fans have a huge precence on social media and it's...

[Football] WC QF3 Sweden v England

We've defended fantastically as a team this World Cup, always limiting the opposition to few opportunities.

[Football] WC QF3 Sweden v England

Sterling currently 4.01 on the BBC player rater. Hilarious. Liverpool fans been voting in their numbers again . https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/44744213

[Football] WC QF3 Sweden v England

These commentators are clueless. The linesman clearly thought Sterling was offside, but mistakenly thought it was close so waited for the play to develop before flagging. Nothing to do with VAR, which wouldn't have got involved unless he scored.

[Football] WC QF3 Sweden v England

No one's started amazingly (Sweden's tactics are working well for them atm), but of course Alli and Sterling are the current scapegoats so they'll be the first players to get the criticism.
