Fantastic servant to the Club. Hopefully a call-up to the Egyptian Squad again will be the icing on the cake.

    Gay Pride

I take it you won't be going to Burnley next Saturday then? There is nothing wrong with Gay Pride, the City gets a economic boost from it every year. So its a good thing for the City.

    Glenn Murray

Haven't we've done numerous thread about Murray for the past month or so? Anyway I would love to have him back, we just need someone to go alongside CMS and if that is Judas then so be it.

Palace to sign 2 attacking signings by 12... apparently (merged)

Panic Buying at its finest. If Moritz can't make it in the Third Division of the Scottish League, what hope has he got with The Scum? CLASSIC!

    Andrew Crofts

He was the missing link last season. A superb engine to have in our midfield and that tackle on Bellamy showed why we so desperately needed him back.

Mark Farrington is in a different league, for the life of me I still don't see what Barry Lloyd saw in him.

    Sheff Weds take 3000 allocation

What a bunch of wankers they really are on that board, the so called big club mentality on there is very deluded. Just hope Mandaric does a Portsmouth and leaves them in Financial problems when he eventually gets bored.

Gus: We won't panic buy - By Brian Owen

I think the words Patience comes to mind here. I think we will get the right man in but I don't think it will be before the Transfer Window shuts.

The best ground I've ever been to

Thanks mate. Hopefully we will get more positive comments and threads like this throughout the Season. :clap2:

    Guirane N'Daw

So in your opinion, you don't think Dicker is good enough? I thought last night and against Hull, he played superbly and he didn't put a foot wrong.

    Guirane N'Daw

If we're going to allow Sparrow and Vincelot to move on, we are going to need cover in Midfield. N'daw would be a ideal replacement and would be good competition for Bridcutt and Dicker.

I wonder if anyone will boo Bellamy tonight.

I've always like Craig Bellamy, always dangerous to a lose ball and loves taking on his man. Hopefully we've got a plan for him tonight, because last season at home against Liverpool he had us chasing shadows!

No thanks, the only time I've entered Scotland was when I went to Ayr.

Matt Prior is the best England/Sussex player since...

Also that, but I tried to leave that bit out.

    Piquionne - just a rumour

He was prolific in the French league for St Etienne, but he hasn't really shown his true protential over here. If we do go and sign him, hopefully he will fit into our system well and be the type of player to work alongside CMS. The guy is a enormous talent, but he hasn't really proved it over...

Matt Prior is the best England/Sussex player since...

Alan Knott for me, even through I wasn't born. But from what I've seen from him on DVDs etc. The guy was a superb batsman and a great keeper.

    ***LVCC 1- Somerset v Sussex, Taunton, 11:00, 21-24 August***

I've been saying this since we've gone on this run. If we can beat Somerset down in Taunton, we have a huge chance of winning The Championship. But it is tough place to go to and get a Result, I think a draw would be ideal for us.
