Interesting article in The Times today regarding the life of second choice 'keepers. Our Jason features and it's well worth a read. Probably paywalled but you know the way round.

Of course no pass is required for journeys, but if you want the deeply discounted special fares available to non residents you do. If you only wish to make a few journeys during your holiday than I suggest buying a 'tarjeta dorada', available at all main stations for about 7 euros (passport...

So looking forward to flying to Buenos Aires tonight to spend 3 days birding there before sailing to Antarctica. Plenty of Albion polo shirts packed to be wearing for these days.:)

There's an excellent article in today's edition of The Times on Alexis, written by none other than our own Adam Lallana. Well worth reading if you can.

Have 4 dotted around the house. Used for radio stations, different programmes in different rooms if that's what's wanted or the same station in sync around the house. Good for turning the lights on/off without having to get up (before you say you're lazy, it's particularly good if you are...
When my dad passed away in 1973 mum very quickly sold the bungalow in Greenfield Cres and bought a flat in Preston Park Ave. That lasted only a short time with her driven mad by the sounds of feet above her and the lift being used at unearthly hours. She soon sold it and moved to a house in...
