Have you come across any of the team in 'real life' settings?

I took my 7 year old grandson wearing his Albion top up to Easthill Park about 3 months ago for a kick around and got talking to an elderly chap with a walking stick about the Seagulls. It turned out that he was Dennis Foreman who I remember watching play for the team back in the 1950's. I spent...

    Crowd today

Thought the Bolton forum said they had only shifted about 400 or so a few days ago. Think we will be lucky to get more than about 25,000 but what do I know!

I think you meant he's a donkey who's been around for years.

1901 guess the food is back!

I think your find that the e-mail now being sent did in fact show different menus for different lounges. Think they only started this for this season.

1901 guess the food is back!

They seem to be charging different prices now for the same food in different lounges. Don't know what you got for your extra £1.50 but it looks the same as mine.

1901 guess the food is back!

Yes they now offer different menus in the lounges. We didn't have the fish pie option but had the sausage and mash instead.

1901 guess the food is back!

Yes all right there was some bits of leek in the mash. I think it was described as bubble and squeek although my thoughts were it was too much bubble and not enough squeek. Don't know where you got £14 from. It was definately £12.50 in the Baxter Wynn Mayo lounge and I have the receipt to prove it.

1901 guess the food is back!

Its Pork and Leek sausages on a bed of Mash with a yorkshire pudding and crispy onions with a gravy jus. It cost £12.50 (less 10% if paid by e-card) and I know all this cause I had one. Actually I didn't think it was that bad.

    E-Cash Auto Top up Problem

Well today my new card works and the balance from the old one was taken across ok. The auto top up doesn't work but I managed to stick an extra £10 on by using a credit card so it looks like they are getting there slowly. As my old card also seems to work, (although no balance now as its been...

    E-Cash Auto Top up Problem

Yes I'm having the same problem. My new card arrived today but I can't activate it although the old one is still there but without any top up facility. I presume they have to do something their end because looking at my details it says the old card number is 'still active' but no mention of the...

    Winning

Well we have to differ on that because I dont think deliberately stopping an opponent from pkaying the ball is anymore skillful than sticking an arm in front of him or pulling his shirt. Anyway as far as I can see it is unlawful according to the laws of the game.

    Winning

Well in my day you would have been cautioned for 'ungentleman conduct'. Mind you I still cant get my head round why shielding the ball out of play and stopping your opponent from playing the ball is not obstruction. Seems like the rules have been changed but last time I looked they were still...

    Spotify - A question

Just one note of caution. Before you go download your playlists over wifi to your phone. Last week I uploadef about a dozen spngs over 4G and used nearly half my monthly data allowance in just a few minutes. Apart from that hiccup I agree Spotify is great.

Leicester Bid £3 /£5/£7.5 million for Ulloa

Well the article is over a year old and incorrect about the FFP fines being distributed to championship clubs. That was changed last year by the Premier League that any fines would go to charity and not to the championship. The other part about parachute monies not used going to championship...

Leicester Bid £3 /£5/£7.5 million for Ulloa

Are you sure of that. As far as I knew any club promoted back to the Prem still receiving parachute payments then doesn't get the remainder due over the following seasons. However the money stays with the Premier League and doesn't get given to championship clubs. I would love it if your right...
