I did have a word with him before the game, but didn't mention anything about seeing him play (though I might have been at his debut). There must be a mystery 3rd Brighton fan somewhere around the Puget Sound! And yeah, the defending for both of the goals was very slack. No idea why Seattle made...
The Sounders management never want empty seats to be seen on tv, and there are weird rules about away fans in the NW (they sell the same number (1000? - something do do with the smallest stadium) to each club, regardless of what the percentage of the stadium that is). So Seattle would take more...
The songs all start from the south stand as that's the general admission area with all the supporters clubs, although the whole crowd gets going for some of the songs. You'll be closer to the Timbers fans so I'm sure they'll add to the atmosphere around there.
Slightly worried for the Sounders season after the first game on Saturday. Zakuani has lost his pace after the total leg break, and Rosales is not a replacement for Montero upfront. Djimi Traore in defence and Obefemi Martins (maybe) upfront will make for an interesting year...
Montreal had...
Cautiously optimistic for the Mariners chances of success this year. Some good signings/bringing in the fences at Safeco should at least make for some slightly more interesting games this year instead of the usual 1-0 losses.
In any case, the Shoreham Mariners are in for the game.
I don't get NBC sports - who does their MLS stuff at the moment alongside Arlo White? I'd guess Arlo will do EPL too, will they go with 2 English presenters?
Fox Soccer listings have the 4th round game on tv over here, seemingly regardless of who we're playing. :clap2:

I don't see anything on the grid on that site for Dec 1st. The directv programme guide says it's showing Palace Brighton at 6.55am (pacific time), so it looks promising. Channel 620 http://www.directv.com/guide
Living so far away, and with games like this, it's at least a rare opportunity to...
Yeah, I was able to download and install it last night with only a minor issue. It stalled about halfway though but I just restarted Steam and it carried on fine from that point onwards.
Seattle is pretty damn good.
Plentiful, cheap, tasty microbreweries. Many sporting options to watch (one of the teams is even good). Warmer summers, snowier winters than Sussex. Skiing or beach nearby for most of the year. Minimal religious crazies.
Not much more you could hope for.
