I was in the West Stand :)
Can’t remember if it was that match or the previous one against Morecambe that their new manager got sent to the stands because he ran onto the pitch to celebrate with the players when they scored.
I agree!
If an Arab had been convicted and sentenced in a UK court for spying after putting forward that defence I don’t think there would be many complaints.
Don’t know why so many dishes are installed on walls, chimneys etc. Our’s is installed on a paving slab in the garden. If you don’t like the look of it it’s easy to put a small fence around it. No problems with it going out of adjustment either, no need to pay someone to go up a ladder.
For the last four or five years we’ve given up any hope of getting anything from our plum and cherry trees. Damn things arrive as a flock of about a hundred birds and just strip them bare.
Go South please - we don’t want them
Ocon may under the ‘rules’ have been the driver to blame for the contact however he had nothing to lose - Verstappen on the other hand had a race win to lose, if he’d been professional and let Ocon go he would have won that race.
Not for much longer by the sounds of it - MasterCard and Visa have changed their rules requiring ‘pay-at-the-pump’ garages to pre-authorise £99 before dispensing petrol.

You infer that what other people do to animals is of no concern to those not taking part. The obvious question is why do you not consider it other people’s business? Are you really suggesting that we should be allowed to do whatever we like to an animal without facing judgement from others...
It’s the misuse of animals for ‘fun’ that I find difficult to morally justify. Why I find that wrong yet accept the use of animals for food and work is difficult to explain.
In the case of the sports I mentioned it’s not so much what may happen to them whilst partaking in the ‘sport’ but what...
Can’t support any so called ‘sport’ that uses animals for fun and results in either stress or death of the animal.
I include horse and greyhound racing, polo, game shooting, show jumping etc. amongst those sports
