Tend agree about the county court. Just wondering what effect the pending court case will have to potential employers. Will it make them think about employing poyet since at some point his name will be in the press and lets face it nobody will look great. Or not care at all?

Appeal will be heard by other directors of club not involved in investigation or original hearing. Not looking at process error but whether original decision fair, ie not sacked for parking in wrong place and any new evidence gus has. Not seen many overturned at appeal

Not masses in the article but perhaps the situation was not driven by barber after all and more down to the bloom poyet relationship. Not that this will be a popular thought

it is likely he will lose that since it is a review of evidence already seen and anything new gus can add. if he loses that he can go to court and probably will but that will be about money.
i am guessing you havent been following the club long since it is more about poyet than the club for you. will you be moving your support to tht next team he manages?
