What's your take, @eaglesdan on the fixture that the media seem to get obsessed with The A23 Derby!! I've a feeling we've been playing some lovely football but this game throws the form book out of the window. Not having Wilf helps us a little or you may feel now? 0-0 draw!
Thanks mate, and good point. I think all the time he performs as he has I'll stick with it but I know what you mean, there's a wealth of information out there
Yes, haven't touched the lump sum as yet, it would've been a lot less than it is now. Feel really sorry for anyone that's ill advised and / or has had to take theirs, there are an awful lot of very poor financial advisers out there, and a few very good ones.
I'm approaching one full year of retirement. Haven't done what I set out to do, but my health was responsible for that, have now planned Year 1 in Year 2.
I'm fortunate to be retired without any debt, I do fear for people over the next few years with limited income and extended life expectancy. Many people have looked at their property as their pension but downsizing doesn't always make economic sense it depends where the market and demand is.
Phew, with Palace scrambling a last minute draw against Utd it gives me some hope for our match against them. My fear was we'd go into it in perfect form and they'd go into it in their recent poor form, and we all know the outcome then!
Or, if you really want a laugh, have a "long line" fitted. An IV line that goes right down into the veins, used if they are using IV a lot or at home, it's a real pain in the bum!
Anyone speculating about a fall out, as an accidental event, I think, is wide of the mark. I'd guess his agent has said right mate, WC is out of the way, this is the plan to get someone to kick your @rse and then you react in this way, boom, they get rid now (I get my fee) and you get a move, bosh!
I've seen a property "staged" with a full removal and furnishing taking place, like Dunk they had children and the agent wanted it to look like a no children city slicker environment, staggering, but it sold within a couple of weeks ..... to a family!!!
I don't see the commercial argument with this decision. If Sky TV wish to pay £3.4bn to Premier League teams it seems reasonable to assume some of this will filter down to the participants in the sport at a % of the overall sum available. If the women's game has a £250m deal then surely they are...
Believe, or not, these types of properties have professional "setters". For a small (big) fee they set each room up for photos, arrange gardeners, window cleaners etc, and even supply props / furniture as required. A whole industry that wasn't around a few years ago.
Bit rude, yes, grasped the concept, my point was wouldn't the previously suggested National ID Card sort this and many other issues, but when suggested many opposed it. I do agree that the Tories are clutching at straws with their justification for it.
