I wonder how many he's done in his Brighton career?
Does he do them in training? If he does are they as successful against players who play with him everyday and must surely be prepared for it?
I find the Trossard and Knockaert stats fascinating. I'm not surprised to see Trossard doing so well, I think he's a very decent player. It's the Knockaert ones that interest me. I thought he struggled in the premier league but his stats aren't too far off Trossards.
My Italian grandmother grew, with her advancing years, to a formidable size. She was only short but she became very stout and after her second stroke she struggled with mobility. She needed a wheel chair and was lifted in and out of the car/seats.
My parents took her out to Brighton seafront...
I started Uni in 98. My best mate there was a Grimsby fan and absolutely loved those two finals.
At the time I was quite jealous, my only trip to Wembley had seen us lose the play off final to notts county and we fell off the cliff from that point. Relegation to the third tier followed by...
That's true, he hasn't dominated games like those two. He always looks tidy to me with a flash of quality once or twice a game. If he can show that quality consistently throughout the game then he's going to be a big player and smashing the door down for a starting place.
I'm really excited...
It's funny how we can see the same games so differently. I always think he does something every time he plays. A ridiculous volleyed pass, a goal, an incisive pass, a flick, a run.
Maybe I just get dazzled by that and he does nothing else. I dunno. I'm all aboard the Ally Mac hype train...
I've said it before and I'll say it again, I bloody love Shane Duffy.
The Duncan Duffy partnership was, for three years, a thing of absolute beauty. There have been fewer finer sights in a Brighton shirt than Duffy steaming twenty yards to obliterate a striker as he not only wins the ball but...
James Ellroy.
The L.A quartet(The black Dahlia, The Big Nowhere, L.A confidential, White Jazz) and the underworld trilogy( American Tabloid, the cold 6000, Bloods a rover).
They're all brilliant. Every character is various shades of black and white, the world they live in is sleazy, sexy...
First they took our bottle tops, then they asked us to turn up early and then they sold the ground to developers and tried to asset strip the club?
I think you've just invented the Albion version of Godwin's law.
So that's an achievement.
Why is that? I've said earlier in this thread how much I hate Burnley on the two days a year we have to play you but on the other 363 I'm much more mellow towards you and respect your clubs achievements.
You barely spend any money every season, you don't have, as far as I'm aware, a high...
