I went up to my seat with about 5 minutes to go until kick off and I genuinely beamed a huge a smile when I saw how full the ground was, there’s been some awful attendances recently and I feared the worst.
I’ve got a bad feeling about this. We know that somehow that rabble always lands on their feet, like when we finished above them last time but they knocked us out of the play offs and got promoted. I can just see that we’ll finish above them but they’ll win the bloody FA Cup.
I think we’re possibly talking about different scenarios here. For those that live a fair distance away I totally understand the lure of watching on tv if for example a Sat 3pm kick off has been switched to a Tuesday night, but for those who actually live local to stay at home and watch on tv...
Just to clarify, at no point did I say it was.
I appreciate the reply, but it doesn’t really change my thoughts on the matter. I’m struggling to get my head around so many people using the excuse of rearranged fixtures to justify ditching their tickets (yes it’s an inconvenience) but to then...
Some of these Villa fans are from a different planet, I’ve just read one of them say that Biss will be available for £20m tops in the summer as he’ll only have 12 months left. Does he really believe that all of the big clubs would just stand by and let one of the world’s best centre mids go for...
I find this such a depressing thread. I keep checking back in to see if people are doing a 360 but each time it’s just more people writing several paragraphs about why they’re giving up. I guess everyone has different scenarios and decisions to make but it absolutely stuns me that so many are...
My mum told me not to take anything, so I didn’t. When she watched the news and’s saw the place being ransacked she felt bad, she wrote to the club and asked if there was anything they could do. They arranged for a time that myself and my Uncle John (a builder) could go to the Goldstone and have...
I won’t lie, I bloody enjoyed that. Ruining the Clots play off hopes, Lawrence having his breakout game and still keeping the number 1 pick. If Kahn could just hurry up and #FireBaalke it would complete a magical couple of days.
Just having a mooch around on social media and the amount of bell end West Brom fans provides great entertainment. They get really shïtty if you have the audacity to refer to Brighton as the Albion, then start churning out the classic “you’ve got no history” nonsense. I asked one of them to...
