I joined the tunnel club in Hamburg many years ago but haven’t yet found an appropriate time to mention it to the wife.

The entire fanbase does not have fair access to tickets as 1901 members can sort them for their mates without any recourse.

I had a ticket for Wolves, didn’t go due to circumstances, the seat went unoccupied. No winners except for Wolves.

“The family” was in fact the son who did it behind his dad’s back. The dad was furious with him and has made that clear. We have all done stupid things when young, you excepted presumably by your judgemental tone. A bollocking and a warning that if done again would result in a ban would...

And you might do exactly the same with a home ticket when they go on sale to STH friends Also remember that 1901 members can pass on their tickets to whoever they choose

Absolutely, and as a believer in democratic process I defend their, your and Gary Lineker's right to express their opinions. You appear to take the same view as that of the club, that a 10 match ban and loss of 50 loyalty points is appropriate for someone who did not buy a ticket, attend the...

[Football] New EFL TV Deal Worth £935million

It's broadly a 75/15/10 split between the three divisions. So for a Champ club works out as about £6m a year, on top of which they will get solidarity payments from PL of about £5m.

Hope so for the sake of those who can’t attend. Suspect Champions and CL places sorted by then. If relegation up for grabs still then likely to by The Leeds v Spurs shirley? I think there may be more then one match being shown though.

    [Albion] BHA games on TV

Fair comment. When Burnley finished 7th a few years ago and qualified for Europe they were only on TV seven times that season (but were paid for ten). Broadcasters want eyeballs, so it’s the usual suspects at top of table and relegation matches, which prompt viewings from rival relegation fans...

I don’t expect the club to be responsible for refunds and transfers at such short notice agreed. Sometimes life gets in the way. I always buy a ticket with the intention of going to the match, exactly the same as when buying a ticket for a concert or theatre. If I can’t attend the Steps...

[Albion] Independent Football Ombudsman rules on Albion fan ban and loyalty points deduction

I bought two tickets for Wembley for last Sunday for myself and Mrs EP as we are both STH. In the end did not use them due to circumstances changing a day before match took place. T’s and C’s were no transfers or refunds allowed. Wasn’t bothered about a refund so ended up with two seats...
