I’ve seen letters from CPFC to the fans concerned. They’ve had their tickets withdrawn and been refunded. They’ve not been threatened with arrest rather strongly advised not to travel to Brighton.
The last part of which I would argue is semantics.
I have no idea about the legality. One of them I know jumped the turnstile, not because he didn’t have a ticket, he did, but because they weren’t letting people in. They had both got tickets for Monday’s game.
