Question - when was the last time prior to this Hartlepool game, that we scored 5 goals at home in a league game? I say league game because I suspect many more will remember when we did it in a cup game!
Or another neutral ground in the area, say Millwall? It would be a good test to see if the (not so) New Den would be a suitable venue for our Euro 2028 bid.
Better still find oil on the Isle of Wight and host it there, with 8 new stadia, cruise ships for accommodation, a few hundred construction workers killed, hold it in February in case it’s too warm in July. Come on FIFA, you know you want to!
I’ve been in those RV seats. The handrail is definitely an issue for some, but actually those in the front row are not bad at all, better than the ones in the second row because you end up doing whatever the person in the front row does to see properly!

Everyone kind of likes Walsall, though there is definitely rivalry...
My Gran was a Baggies fan and I was frequently told they were not a Birmingham team. However my uncle, who lives in Birmingham, was recently telling me that the swimming for the Commonwealth Games won’t be in Birmingham, whereas all he actually meant was that it would be in Sandwell! The red...
To be geographically pedantic, West Bromwich Albion is not technically a BIrmingham club, and Aston only became part of Birmingham approximately 50 years after they were formed.
But that aside, Ron Saunders also managed all of those clubs previously.
If it were England in a World Cup final, I’d probably pay whatever I had to to see it, but probably could get one without having to pay over the odds. I was at the semi in Moscow and would have got a final ticket through the England Supporters Club. I was at the final against Italy in the...
