I very much doubt the industry gets it's intelligence from the press. Once these talks start and the owning club recognise a player is going I imagine they make other potential clubs know, and the agent will be feverishly hawking the player around looking for the best deal too
Not that I can see (Windows to Apple)
I've got about 7GB that I want transferring and I think there's plenty of apps that will do it. This is the first nuisance thing and I'm not sure I want to fork out £'00's for an android device just for that
I think I might prefer the 'wired' approach. I know I have more than 5GB of stuff and still haven't got my head totally around cloud storage (hence USB and wire!!)
I want to transfer a bunch of photos from laptop to ipad but don't want to synch as I assume I'll lose some and don't want all my albums transferred either. There seems to be several bits of s/w to do it but don't just want to pick one at random and pick up a nasty.
Any recommendations on safe...
I've actually got us for 4 wins and 8 draws in my predictor. But a few of those draws are a bit dodgy - Saints (A) Palarse (A) Burnley (A) Leics (H) and no margin for error anywhere. So I'd like to get a 5th win somewhere and Newcastle away on current form and just before the window opens looks...
If we win 5 of the 6 home games against non top 6 sides and draw the other that puts us on 34
If we beat Newcastle away that gives us 37
If we assume 40 for complete safety that still leaves us needing to win 1 or draw 3 of the 6 remaining aways against sides outside the top 6
There's a whole...
It's 6 left against sides outside top 6 and I think we might need to win 5. That gets us to 33/34 so still need 6/7 from the away games. So we really do need to be looking for 3 at Newcastle or run the risk of simply running out of opportunities
I think we need 9 ... we have the beating of all of them (bar Chelski obv) and we need to be getting points on the board before the end of February when things get very horrid
What is a Yo Yo club? I guess you could count Burnley as one given they were a Champ club that went up-down-up but there aren't any others in recent times.
If we come down we'll get 2 shots at getting back before TB has to reign in the spending. Then what?
Getting promoted means that you have to be better than around 10 or 12 pretty good teams
Avoiding relegation means you have to be better than 3 pretty crap teams
The best leaders don't wait for things to break. We are clearly misfiring and therefore preventative maintenance (in whatever form it takes) is required to ensure we don't break
