Gender debate: Ian McEwan causes outrage with his remark

Let's view the argument from another angle. Who does it hurt if an individual plays around with their sexuality to make a fashion statement? Maybe themselves, but probably not and that's their choice. Who does it hurt if we stigmatise all those who are having gender issues? Many.

Gender debate: Ian McEwan causes outrage with his remark

It's an opinion. It's also one from ignorance. Wasn't Jamie Lee Curtis born with a penis?

    Naylor STILL sucking off Barton

From that image it looks as if he has chosen to put his full weight onto Kayal, why not come down on the other foot? Scumbag.

Money? Better quality than quantity. Admittedly currently Sidwell is looking like quantity...

    Seriously underrated players

Charlie Oatway was a bit underrated, he showed he had some guile about his game in the later seasons.

    AJ get six years....

Not sure where you're point is, did she get off too leniently, or are you defending a peado? If you're defending the peado, have you read all of the released messages, and read them in order, because the ones you've put on here have been out of context. So are you defending a peado? Someone...

That's not quite what i said was it? Read it again. It wasn't meant as an insult. I thought you might misunderstand me, let me clarify. When you mean to speak generally but don't use language that indicates this, it comes across as if you are labelling whole swathes of people with the same...

    Brussels Airport Terrorist attack

I think you may have some odd notions about what happens there! Anyhow let me add some refinement to your arguments, you'll appear less ignorant and bigoted. Which 'type' of christians believe that the bible is literally true? Answer found here...

True that, but it's also a 'christian' mindset in some parts of the world and history. I think the common thing is medieval/backward societies and all those things that go with it, lack of education, opportunities etc.

1st off if you're talking generally, it would be good to use general language, perhaps use the words 'some' or 'most'. The language of your posts tends to brush one quarter of the world's population with the same thoughts. Take this quote from your post: "Muslims though, actually believe it in...

    Brussels Airport Terrorist attack

Well, the first video you posted and presumably agree with is from an educated Sunni woman. So... i'm not sure she would enter the toilet with her left foot first... I'm a christian, and i believe adam and eve is a nice creation myth, and can be used metaphorically. It seems to me your...

    Brussels Airport Terrorist attack

Great video. I couldn't help but notice that many of those countries that were being studied were poor and have very low levels of education, i think solving that is key to unraveling extremism.
