Well played Derby. I don't see why the fans should get fleeced to support Premier League wages when the income a promoted club get through TV and sponsorship deals increases dramatically. Especially if a club is running to a sensible Championship budget in the first place.

I'm quite a newbie and certainly not built for running, but the most important thing IMO is getting running trainers. They don't have to be expensive, but they need to be running trainers as they are designed to minimise impact on your knees, especially if you're carrying a little extra timber...

There may not be receipts flying about, but Casinos have a pretty good idea how much money each customer wins/loses as all (significant) cash activity is monitored and recorded. Saying you won £10k in a casino is all well and good, but you will no doubt be asked to prove where the original £10k...
