It was very pleasant sitting there with the sound of running water only. Oh apart from chip munching. Tbh it's one of my go to places to eat a meal when I'm in Shoreham.
Had another pint of some obscure IPA in Suters Yard in Shoreham and called it a night. Bought some chips and pie and sat and ate them by Coronation Green by the Adur Ferry Bridge watching the tide flowing to the sea.
It's all a bit of an unknown.
However I'm excited for the coming season to see which current and new players make their mark. Much as I loved him I think CH took us as far as he could and everything seemed to be a repeat.
I'm a long time away from "bell-cheesery" having left the office environment thirty years ago. I always appreciate the posts to this thread as it reminds me of what I don't miss. A lot of what is currently posted is still relevant to my time in that environment.
