Palace win 3-2. Spirited performance from the Albion, nice to see Ward again. Woolven was genuinely very good, wouldn't be surprised if he is/was in someone's youth setup.
Oh wow, didn't know it was normally a closed shop. Generally I'm not in favour of that, but it does make the winter/summer divide make much more sense.
Great win for the team, but frustrating that they now don't get to play in the league till next year (April I believe). The 2016 season is already ongoing as WSL2 plays a summer season, versus the Women's Premier League's winter season. Weird system.
Shame there's no fixture at Lewes, always liked that. Maybe I'll go to the Crawley game and the Under 21s at Whitehawk. The other First Team fixtures are a bit of a pain to get to as I don't drive.
I assume Bruno's new contract will require him to keep the beard? To my mind there's been a direct relation between the lusciousness of his beard and his on field quality this season.
So many players on the pitch obviously love this club with everything they've got. Rosenior's "chin up" after the away leg made his feelings clear, while the reactions of players like Bruno and Skalak last night showed just how much it meant to them. There was a point where Stockdale pulled his...
This is a good point. I don't want a drum personally, but I'm also willing to accept that many others do. This isn't just a NSC problem though, it's one of the Internet (and humanity I suppose) as a whole.
I did start to waver after Boro on the drum issue though, like many on here. However...
I actually really like the current mushroom one, but that new one sounds excellent too. Shall be giving it a try, unless there's an excellent new meaty pie.
While not incredibly cheap, those away games are capped at £30 next season. Which is obviously bad, because... er... the free market something something?
That's pretty much it. I can watch it at a pub in Brighton with my friends and save a lot of time and money, as well as avoid having to take a day's holiday to get up there. Boro was a very long way to travel and while Sheffield isn't quite the same distance, it's still not all that enjoyable to...
