    [Albion] Your Away Ground Stats?

13 of the current PL. 15 Championship 12 L1 9 L2 6 National League. I think, likely a couple more. Travelled a lot 30-35 years ago, but can't remember them all, some real shit hole grounds. I think only Saints is where I have visited the new (St. Mary's) but not the old ground (The Dell)...

    [Misc] What would you do?

Depending on how nicely they asked/what mood they caught me in/whether I was done drinking and eating, I would stay and turn the volume up on my phone and play something by The Macc Lads/leave graciously/fart and leave them to enjoy my aroma.

[Albion] Rotating goalkeepers - good thing/bad thing

Not sure the lad really knows what he is talking about, claims Verbruggen has a long ball out to a winger that Steele doesn't have. Steele has an assist for Adingra v Brentford in the States, and one for Mitoma V Brentford last season.

You have seen the other forward play though, the one with better goals per minute than Guirassy.

    [Albion] Assault in away end

I am reminded of my mate being nutted at QPR away, over who was next in the beer queue, bloke was jabbing his finger towards my mates face whilst frothing at the mouth, my mate grabbed hold of his finger and dragged the guys hand down and away from his face, then he got nutted. His mates calmed...

    [Albion] Palace Fans Biggest Fear

Some contractors have been known to spot impossibilities in the spec, e.g. dimensions that do not add up, and cut the quote to the bone, knowing there will be a bonanza in variation orders.

    [Misc] Mundane celebrity encounters

When I was about 14, went up to London with a few mates just to roam about, and whilst not looking where I was going because of dicking around with my mates literally bumped into a very tall man, I looked up and scowling down at me was Christopher Lee, he didn't say a word, but I very nearly...

[Politics] How long will Brexit continue to dominate British Politics ?

Putin invasion of Ukraine and the pandemic both relate to OPEC pushing oil prices upwards, and inflation, yes, and the rate has varied with each countries ability to deal with that, and it's economic policies. In 2016 there was a referendum, and also a Government exercise to see if we were...

[NSC] Wouldn't it be nice if you could just click on a thread and make it off-f***?

But this thread doesn't appear there, and Bozza has slipped a non Albion thread past his own filter by choosing Albion on the prefix.

[Film] Life of Brian or Blazing Saddles

I also enjoy the more subtle jokes, and having been raised on a tv diet of old westerns in the 70's probably makes a difference. Pretty much everyone of every generation has some knowledge of the subject parodied in Life of Brian, so I guess anyone under 50 is more likely to prefer Life if Brian.

[Food] Enough of these x or y threads. The ultimate question is….

Never tried vegemite, but I would wager pretty much anything edible could not taste as bad as Marmite, so I am with you.

[Food] Enough of these x or y threads. The ultimate question is….

Simplified, more grams than pennies for Tesco YE more pennies than grams for Marmite, both a waste of money for me as I wouldn't eat either.

[Film] Life of Brian or Blazing Saddles

Love them both, but if Blazing Saddles was on BBC1, and Life of Brian was on ITV, at the same time, I would watch Blazing Saddles.
