three out of four for me now - although ive only had ONE on the tipping challenge
worryingly, looks like all the good luck will be used up before ive even got to the track tomorrow
i know that people seem to be really bothered by southampton, but has it really got to the stage now whereby they'd be happy to see use LOSE if it meant they were consigned to the play offs (which they'll probably win, anyway)
jesus christ :jester:
that day was a total f***ing shambles from start to finish, with the only highlight being the burger van going up in smoke
hard to believe that is the same julian alsop who would go onto get sacked from oxford for shoving a banana up a youth players bottom a couple of years later
id have that team with sparrow in for noone and el abd in for elphick
elphick is all very well and good defensively, but at home when we need to break a team down from the back his hoof game just doesnt cut it. el abd is the better football, so he should play. and i never EVER thought id say that!
i cant see anyway ankergren would get in, purely based on the fact that he has had very little to do
plus joe lewis and kelvin davies are far better than him in my opinion. you could even make a case for jamie jones at orient, although he had an absolute shocker at withdean
im also willing to offer up a harlem globetrotters-style combination of the reigning nsc six-a-side champions the croc croc yellow army and the hamsters as a potential friendly opposition if required
if four four two's list of best players in the division is anything to go by, then calderon and bennett are definitely in
you could quite easily make the case for murray if he makes it into the top two scorers in the division which is i imagine what they would tend to base the strikers on
simple question as i am, frankly, too bone idle to try and work it out for myself and have therefore from memory plucked the figure of FIVE from the air
