[Football] Will this season be completed?

When ever the time is right the season will be completed, the broadcasters will ensure this is the case also the Championship clubs seem help bent on reaching a conclusion. After relegation and promotion has been completed I can see some sort of shortened season for 2020/21 similar to the...

[Misc] Are your pets feeling the strain?

Out two kittens,Bruno and Nera are happy as today they were booked in to be neutered and the operation has been cancelled. I fear it might be a bit late as last week Nurse Gladys Emmanuel caught Bruno humping his sister Nera, anyone need a kitten?

[Drinking] Fridat night home drinking thread

Me a Nurse Gladys Emmanuel NEVER drink at home and only go out once a week for a PROPER drink, yes you can call us binge drinkers. What am I meant to do as I really don't enjoy drinking at home it just isn't the same as a good night in the local getting lashed with friends. Roll on the summer.

[News] The Coronavirus Good News thread

Apparently Mum's Net is running the exact same thread (according to Nurse Gladys Emmanuel). Is NSC footballs new Mum's Net. Some positive news Caterham has a new Post Office opening on Thursday. Sad news they won't be selling much foreign currency.

Is YOUR livelihood threatened by Coronavirus (almost certainly a depressing thread)

A friends daughter is a cleaner last week she had half of her regular calls cancelled as people currently don't want people in there homes. I work in a local plumbers merchant and last week was really quiet, it's going to be a tough few months, I can see many independent shops going down the...

[Albion] Come on then geniuses what's The TinkerMan supposed to do?

We all like a stat however the shots stat is misleading as our shots are in general from twelve yards plus, we do not create enough clear cut chances. We aren't far off being a good side but for me the problem is we don't gamble in the final third and get more players in or around the box.

[Misc] Ben's Grandad Has Passed Away

Just checked NSC for the first time in a few days and am truly shocked by the sad passing of BG. While I rarely agreed with him it's always good to read other opinions and his opinions were always strong. A true legend of NSC and our NSC family, you will be greatly missed. I hope you find a...

    [Albion] Team For Sheff Utd

I did go to the home game and Webster was part at fault for the goal. For me we are a better team playing with full backs and Stephens as the holding midfielder. Stephens will add aggression in the middle of the park against a hard working Sheff Utd.

    [Albion] Team For Sheff Utd

Burn and Schelloto were both subbed against Watford for poor performances. Bernardo is a much better full back and in a back three (which I doubt we will play) Webster has the edge over both Duffy and Burn.

    [Football] PL today

Newcastle lose and it's been a good week. For me Villa might have a reasonable squad but they are badly managed and lack a goal scorer.

[Finance] How big was your paper round?

I had a milk round in Caterham in the 1970's working Saturday and Sunday use to start at 6am and finished by midday. Paid £2 each day plus tips. A terrible admission I use to put an extra penny or two on customers bills, it covered the cost of the train for home games. Always had tea stops...
