Is the most underated player in the premier league. How he's only been capped once for England is beyond me. Today he was absolutely magnificent, his distribution was fantastic as was his defending. In my opinion, the best player to have ever worn the stripes.

Going off topic slightly. The best coffee I've ever had was the Macchiato (double) served in the Time Cafe in Awassa, Ethiopia, made with Ethiopian Coffee beans. From memory it was about 15p a cup, went there every day, sometimes three times a day during my stay.

I like a strong coffee. I find Costa a little on the weak side, prefer Cafe Nero. Mrs Shingle is a big Costa fan.

Christ. Didn't know it was that bad. There's a nose strip stored by many chemists that footballers wear that might make things easier.

FFS Ear Plugs. Mrs Shingle snores like crazy, years of 'suffering', but a few years ago I bought some ear plugs and now cant hear anything.:thumbsup:
