Anybody Else Getting Just A Wee Bit Bored Of Pop Tart Ed Sheeran?

It's a positive cycle. He was all over the place promoting the new release, which was very successful, which has driven the album to ludicrous highs, which gets him back on even more media, which makes the album even more successful etc...

Anybody Else Getting Just A Wee Bit Bored Of Pop Tart Ed Sheeran?

What Ed Sheeran did that was pretty smart, and lots of other entertainers fail at, was he pretty much went away for a while to write the new album. He didn't really tease anything until it was just about to come out, and managed to build up a much bigger frenzy than he would have otherwise. He's...

It Could Come Down to Goal Difference, Again!

Not if Huddersfield end up top and it's a points tie between us and Newcastle.

    West Ham "ticket forwarding"

Completely agree. That's a brilliant little addition to the scheme.

What is the chance the game will be off tonight?

Currently pretty good at Falmer on the University of Sussex campus.

    Our Current Form

If I recall correctly, we've dipped when returning from the previous breaks this season too. Hopefully that won't happen again.

Thanks guys. Actually ended up going to Street Thai, which was pretty cheap and quite good. Enjoyed it. The spicy prawn crackers are great.

Leeds and qpr tickets on sale wednesday

Only issue with Y2 is there seems to be seating behind the huge floodlight that runs through the stand. Hopefully they don't sell it.

Any recommendations for somewhere reasonable in North Laine/The Lanes area for about £15-£20 per head (not including the drink obviously)?

Why do we always bottle the big games?

Look, tonight was frustrating. No one can deny that. But get a result on Saturday, against a side that have not won in 4, and we end the day in a good position regardless of the Newcastle/Huddersfield game. Hell, we could be 9 points clear of third by the end of Saturday.

    Best burger in Brighton

They also have the little cafe by it for a bit which they're running as a "Hash House", serving hashes, waffles and some other stuff. They've said it's popup though and they don't know how long they have the space for.

    Best burger in Brighton

They have their stall under the station, but have said they won't be doing any more pub franchises as it doesn't work with their business structure.

    Best burger in Brighton

I don't think they've started doing chips again, but when they were doing them they were always sold out of chips when I went there. I do think Burger Bros is better than Trolls Pantry in terms of taste, but having more space to sit and chips does make a difference (although I haven't tried them...

    Restaurant 2017

Agree, everyone there is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They'll tell you about the sauces and the chips if you ask, and when I wasn't sure how hot one of their hot sauces would be they absolutely insisted that I tried a little bit first. It was a brilliant chilli mayonnaise concoction that...

BeFries are excellent. Really, really good chips, but the sauces are where they genuinely shine. Just excellent.

More than one nation to host the World Cup.

I thought the joint Japan/South Korea World Cup worked quite well, although I'd hope it'd be on the same landmass if they did it again.

    Rohan Ince to Swindon etc...

And it seems that they came to that conclusion very quickly too, believe it was less than two hours? That would seem to suggest they didn't have a lot of doubt about the verdict either.

    Huddersfield

At this point last year (roughly) we were actually in fourth and only three points off top, although had played a game more than Hull who were top.

Am I alone in thinking we played alright last night?

I was genuinely surprised they managed to end with 11 men. I think that was one area we should have tried to exploit more than we did, try and draw a few more fouls against those players who were making stupid decisions and they could have been off. It's not the nicest way to play football, but...
