I think that's a fair assessment. While Trump is bad, Cruz would have been way worse because he's competent, way more electable and an extremist, so I'm glad Trump was the candidate in a way. Rubio or Kasich would, probably, have been OK as both candidates and even President.
5 points behind in national polls obviously matters, but isn't key in the American system. He needs to swing a lot of states against polling to have any chance of winning, about 6 or 7 I think.
Any good Republican would have crushed Clinton. Even if Trump dialled it back a bit and without the sexual assault allegations he could have squeaked it.
Conversely, pretty much any other Democrat would have turned this into a landslide. Even Sanders, controversial as he was, polled a lot...
Haven't heard of cycle delivery, but doesn't surprise me. They've got a fleet of vehicles and a good logistics system, they can achieve a lot if they want.

It may well be using a default pricing formula, maybe something they use for long distance trips or something. Brighton Station to the Amex would be, at a guess, £12-£15 in a cab, based on the fact a cab from my place near Fiveways to the University of Sussex is £9-£11.
Well I was born in 1987, but didn't really have much interest in football till I was about 15/16. That rules out the Goldstone and Priestfield for me. I did do the Withdean with my Dad a few times, and have had a season ticket at the Amex since it opened.
