Its a fair point, although rugby is ingrained in the private school system, it isn't too high on the general publics radar in Sussex for some reason. Very few clubs, how many across the whole county, 10 maybe?.......by comparison, I played for 20 odd years until 4 years ago in the Bristol...

I think you need to accept that some people believe that your rewards in life are, and should directly correlate with your personal efforts and achievements,....... there is always room for a safety net for those in dire need of course, but that safety net should not be available as a lifestyle...
