[Sussex] Goldstone from the air 1946

Very good. Is there any way of getting on to this site to view other parts of Sussex ?

    [Football] National Football Museum

Went to it when it was at Deepdale, Preston. Pretty good for an hour before our 0-3 defeat. Highlight though was seeing Sir Tom Finney on the pitch at half time on his 80th birthday.

Zamora with 90 Ward with 95.

[Albion] Our all time top scorer.

Glenn Murray only needs 18 more to become the top Albion goalscorer in my time - surpassing Kit Napier's 99.

Is "decent tattoo" an oxymoron ?

I'm still wearing my tank tops, Oxford Bags and loafers ! Good job I can chuck them away now you've told me.

Tattoos are for people with not much intelligence, money that they are prepared to waste, a "look at me" attitude and an intrinsic sheep mentality. So why would footballers want them ?

[Football] Remember the Dalian Atkinson & George Weah solo wonder goals?

I was just below the camera position when this one was scored. The memory still makes my hairs stand on end. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vg7QIPJD5ac

[Albion] Where will you be watching the West Ham game?

I'll be in the London Stadium, with my trusty bike parked outside under the Orbit, ready to speed back to the car in Wanstead.

[Albion] Two non football things I'd change about the match day "experience"

Don't think playing GOSBTS has the same impact when it is played as the team re-appear after half time either. Nobody in the stands seem to be taking any notice/ still in bogs/ re-taking seats etc.

    Loyalty Miles ?

320 miles for me, plus a 12 mile bike ride from and to Patcham where I park the car. 131 games at Amex so far and have never left early.

Just hope Palace don't decide to wait until November 28th to score their first goal.

[Albion] LoyaltyPointGate - discussion with the club

If they are going to penalise those who bought tickets for Bournemouth and didn't show up, what about those ST holders who regularly miss home games or leave 10 or more minutes early ?

AFC Bournemouth vs Brighton & Hove Albion *** Official Match Thread ***

How many subs are allowed in this competition ? - we seem to have made four now.
  18. wolfie

    Oooooooooh you're sh*t aaaaaaaggghhh!

It's pathetic (paid up member of the cringers association) Almost as bad as shouting "who?" after opposition substitutions. I remember that being done v Walsall at Withdean when deMontagnac came on. He immediately scored a worldie. Not quite as bad as standing up if you hate Palace though.

    Dean Court

Old Trafford is rather different to the only time I went there in the early 80s (2-2 draw in FA Cup)
