Re: Dean Hammond. He was on trial with Coventry up here a week or two ago. It was reported that he left because he didn't think he could get back to an adequate level of fitness. Either that or Salde showed him the door or he was being very diplomatic and dodging the Sky Blue bullet !
Really glad I made it to that game at Nene Park a few years' back (struggling with a heavy cold) Not only have the club sunk almost without trace, but the ground has gone as well.
a) So are all the other PL teams.
b) Would we be prepared to spend the money and pay the wages ?
c) The PL "jackpot" idea doesn't appeal to me - just enjoying the games.
