Roy is one in a long line of recent poor FA appointments (Keegan, Schteve, Sven, Fabio etc) and essentially another FA yes man. You have to go back to 2001 to his last trophy (Danish Super Cup) and then back to the 1980's when he won cups and league titles in Sweden. I find it hard to believe he...
Take this or leave this as you see fit. Tim Sherwood has had a second meeting / interview with the club. Steve Clarke and Neil Lennon are having the same over the weekend. Club hope to announce appointment on Monday.
He doesn't have to say anything of course. But as a supporter of the club I would be interested to know whether he still backs DK or has fallen out with him to the extent that he would back this petty attempt to block a share sale. It would be indicative of his character bearing in mind the debt...
There was nothing (and still is nothing) to stop them doing exactly what DK has done (apart from he thought of the idea first). It still looks petty and the club as an entity should make it clear where it stands on the issue.
Good job DK didn't take that attitude iro Bill Archer.
There is clearly some petty vendetta going on here against DK. As others have said, TB should make it clear where he stands on this matter
This was a close to an actual job interview we as fans will see and he came across very well. Honest, communicates, wants to develop youth and didn't rule out a championship club. He says he would like to have an honest conversation with the owners or chairman of (he nearly says Brighton at that...
I think Tim and Les are coming across pretty well on Goals On Sunday. Straightforward speaker. Certainly won't be difficult for Tony to communicate with.
The club apparently physically met with someone in London yesterday apparently. Could be Sherwood who I presume lives there, or anyone who flew in from abroad or anyone in the UK who they wanted to meet in relative secret. So could be anyone but at least they talked.
I don't think anyone would deny that Tony Bloom has spent a lot of money on infrastructure and players. However the spend on infrastructure has created an expectation that we would be more competitive in the player market than we have been. Also having the highest gates in the championship gives...
As others have said - no because he should be a leader within the club and he can't possibly do that now it is public knowledge he tried to resign when the going got tough. I find it hard to believe he wasn't aware of transfer policy and budgets when he joined. If he does stay, as soon as...
If it really took that long - its an indication of how poor the software / hardware / processes are. A relatively straightforward update to a database (say 20,000 records) should take minutes not hours.
Not sure its a small number. Any idea they will look at e-mails to supporter.services@bhafc.co.uk as phone is a no go at the moment. Thanks for the info though which is more than the club have done.
Despite us being an absolute shambles in all areas of the pitch - Forest have not really exploited this and look poor to me. This gives us a chance second half if Oscar gets some rockets out and inserts them at half time.
