I get the genuine feeling that the player's aren't prepared to try the Potter way.
If he's lost the dressing room he's on a hiding to nothing.
You don't become a bad manager over night but I can't see this working out for Potter.
Just got back from Everton, what a great performance not one weak link across the pitch. The player's appear to have all bought into the manager's game plan and you get the feeling that they are enjoying it.
We are going to give the ball away at times as it is high risk, high return stuff...
Stayed for a couple of post match beers and walked straight on to a Lewes train.
My only observations are that anyone on the eastbound platform should be forced to get on the first train and change at Lewes and the platform staff needs to ensure that all trains leaving are full.
Funny how for years we missed the rivalry and now several don't care too much about it.
Surely it means a bit more than "not bothered" or "don't care".
Could you image Saints and Pompey or Arsenal and Spurs fans saying similar.
What's changed?
I'm sure I read that over the years letter post is down 95%. Royal Mail are now just one of many parcel delivery companies in a competitive market.
Since the split Royal Mail are losing business to Parcel Force while Royal Mail are trying to nick business off the Post Office with home...
With the exception of wages I think a move away would be a poor move.
He simply won't get the game time anywhere else. At any top six side he would be a bit part player and rarely get any starts .
For some the grass isn't always greener.
Not necessarily talking about travel just that we might have commitments outside football. 8pm Boxing Day, 5.30 NYE and 7.45pm away in Liverpool the first day back after the break. Not easy explaining these to family and the boss.
Hence my question does the club have any say in scheduling of...
Out of interest do the club have any say in kick off times or are we just loyal puppy dogs who just do what we are told.
Last season Boxing Day 8pm kick off was bad this is marginally better.
Everton away on the first day back to work doesn't make sense either.
It's not stopping me however it...
Over 100 grounds with the Albion no idea as to the number of games in total.
It was always the target of doing the ninety two but that's almost impossible now just following one team.
In all honesty while being moved around the queue from one side of the road to the other and losing our places in the process all I saw was Charlton stewards and police.
First I saw of a club representative was when we finally got to the gate. When we got an envelope with the wrong tickets...
My dog was called Granville
Had a dog in the eighties called Fozzie
Had a ginger cat called Ginger at the vets he was registered as Kerry Mayo Ginger Prince.
Last night was woeful, got in 30 minutes after kick off. Wasn't given tickets for our allocated seats.
I don't agree with the club blaming the post strike, we've known about these for ages, the club could have agreed collect from the Amex or paid an extra pound for Recorded Delivery as a...
