Agreed. The Amex is already cashless, and many other places will surely follow. Using a credit/ debit card tracks your movements and purchase history. Surely the vast majority of people have cards so are already in 'the system'. Criminals will have fake account cards, and should ID cards...
I once had a Cortine which read fuel full for ages before it started to go down. Then at about a quarter full it dived down to empty within 20 miles. Caught me out a couple of times, and of course no low level fuel lights in those days.
I've only got a small one ( petrol tank!) so mostly when the low light comes on, unless I'm driving past a decent priced petrol station when getting low. Or of course I'll fill up if going on a long journey. Remember those those??
Yes its all about costs. Recycling the shingle from the eastern end back to Tidemills etc. is cheaper than building, and maintaining groynes. Shingle is a natural material and absorbs a lot of energy, thus protecting the seafront and the houses behind. I think this is the latest 'strategy'...
Thought we had big John Prescott in our pocket for the Amex, or that's what Lewes District Council (?) said after he watched Hull play us?
Also, I hope Everton have a 'valid' correctly dated letter of government approval, or what ever the problem was with ours that Lewes objected too..
I'm...
At the moment I can't justify a 1901 seat price, but have always wanted to know:-
1) What's the view like? I'm in West Upper, North end & like elevated views. I was particularly impressed with central front row of East Upper during a cup game, how does the 1901 view compare to other parts...
Had my Oxford AZ jab two weeks ago. More headaches than usual and felt a bit knackered, but arm not sore at all. I've also had friends reporting Pizer jab gives bad headache after 10 days, but fine a day or so after that.
I've heard a few people reporting these symptoms , including a couple that went to bed at 8pm on day 2 feeling really rough, but woke at 10:00 the next morning feeling ok.
It would be bonkers to sell Sanchez. He's young so won't command a big price. Coming through the Academy means he's well known to the club and we'd have to buy a replacement. No point in selling if we want to be a top ten club...
Always thought this ,and with Knocky too. Imagine how much they would both be worth if all the good bits stayed but the inconsistencies weren't there. Knocky worth £25 million and Trossard £60 million. Let's hope wonder coaching works for Tross (and Knocky too).
If game 36 is moved to after our Man City Game then our last Home Game won't be against Man City but West /ham :).
I can see much point in moving Game 36 then Moving Game 37 so fans can be in the stadium? Bit confusing though so I'l wait and see what happens..
My reading of the article is that game 36 (11 and 12 May) is moved to after game 38 . We have West Ham at home on 11 May so, if this option is selected, our last game is Home to West Ham :). Could be a very important game, and much better than having Man City, again, as the last home game...
What, question a decision to tackle Vardy closing in on a shot on goal like that. It was brilliant decision making and a great tackle. As was Bissouma's tracking back and tackling in the box. Not saying there were no mistakes, but credit where its due.
