Yes there in 83. What a day, remember how hot it was, also dehydrated having drunk too much beer before the game. Dehydration when when I topped up with even more beer afterwards. Then went to both Finals, now looking forward to another day out with the blue and white masses...

I seemed to recall that a lot on the train just went for a trip to York, shopping and sightseeing. Of course Peter Ward scored the only goal of the game. It was the first time that I had seen the Albion win away from home. I still have the programme, signed by Alan Mullery.
