[Football] Stop Exploiting Loyalty - FSA Campaign

This, completely. It appears there is far to much fear of sanction than is healthy. The regime had changed massively since we moved from Withdean and there is one party line, from which we must not deviate. Personally I hate that and it suggests some at the top have very fragile egos. I...

[Football] Stop Exploiting Loyalty - FSA Campaign

Whilst our present is very different from our recent past I feel not supporting this campaign does not align to our Build a Bonfire & Fans United story, which was a campaign/fight about greed & exploitation of fans (emotionally in particular). Yes, we are now a well run club and our owner is a...

Andy Naylor writes what the club want him to write. He does tow the party line, which means it’s ok to piss fans off but not the club.

    [Other Sport] Rob Burrow RIP

Such sad news. Always enjoy watching Rugby League and seeing Rob Burrow more than hold his own against the bigger beasts was a treat. Similar to Andy Gregory when he was playing for Wigan and others in the 80s. Both of them came in at 5ft 5”. MND is brutal, a close friend’s mum had it...

[Albion] Are the club thin skinned and unable to take criticism?

I think fan behavioural matters are sometimes taken to an unnecessary extreme. The club will actively promote rivalries and big games, PB will make a derisory / mickey taking comment about Chelsea or our players will celebrate in front of the oppositions fans with cupped ears, or finger to lips...

Likewise, neither of us need the unnecessary grief. All the best.

[Albion] Are the club thin skinned and unable to take criticism?

Indeed. Thank you. I’m not unreasonable and accept that some have a different view to me but I do wish people would take on board that the views of some are valid, even though they don’t align with your own.

[Albion] Are the club thin skinned and unable to take criticism?

We are all very aware of your view. Yoof…how wonderfully disparaging. I take it you’ve not got a healthy regard for our younger supporters then? If you have a club with a set of values, charter, policies and make various statements via matchday programmes and the media then there should be...

[Albion] Are the club thin skinned and unable to take criticism?

Can you not search the internet and find the answers? Or engage with the younger fans? We all support one team but there seems to be a dismissive attitude without evidence. Most of us are aware of the contradictions at play and the control of the narrative. Christ, you can’t mention the post...
