I thought he was terrible for an hour or more today, then somehow he upped his game and played well for the last part of the game. Perhaps it's just a case of getting back up to speed after a long layoff.
Not an Albion game, but I was there (with a Luton-supporting mate) for the infamous cup tie against Millwall, when the Millwall fans ran riot on the pitch.
It was the only time I've really been scared for my safety at a football match.
That was the only game I've been punched at - on that huge terrace. Think I must have been celebrating too much. Fortunately the bloke slunk back off into the crowd after hitting me.

Good thread, and nice to see some of us keeping positive! To me it's fantastic to see the Albion where we are, and to watch some of the excellent football we are playing. I'm sure the defensive frailties will get sorted soon. Or we just need to score more than the opponents!
Mine was at Fulham in the Freddie Goodwin era, so probably 1969-70 season.
We got hammered 5-1. It poured with rain and we weren't in it. Our lingering hopes of promotion were extinguished.
