100% 2 points dropped.
That game, IMO, was all about us. Forest had two shots all game both down to us - the soft penalty and the second goal where Veltman was two yards behind everyone else and allowed them to break the offside trap. Other than that they offered nothing.
Their goals were on...
Have they? Watching on tv I've not been that bothered by their testing of our offside line. To me they've looked less dangerous than any of our opponents so far this season.
Are you at the game? Maybe tv hides some of the threat? Or maybe I'm just really tired!
This is from the guardian minute by minute match report:
Half-time: Brighton 2-1 Nottingham Forest
Brighton were scrabbling in the dirt, clueless. Forest were excellent, in command. Then came that fine header from Jack Hinshelwood, and that wonderful free-kick from Danny Welbeck. That’s...
This is going to be a very frustrating game isnt it?
Even if we come back to win it's going to be an angry win like when we beat a Dyche team. A joyless experience. Argghh!
Now, what I'm seeing is three leopard pups taking it in turns to toy with a wannabe scrappy do. Then taking him in the bushes f***ing him and as an act of courtesy letting him leave by himself. I don't see sauntering, I see scurrying.

It's also one of the few songs of there's...
Apparently not.
How did he manage to finish above Verstappen? I only saw the last 15 laps or so, so don't really know how he did it.
The fight at the top was a lot of fun too.
Well, at least we weren't smash and grabbed. Losing would have been galling. Very much a missed opportunity though.
Fair play to Ipswich, they got the point they came for and look a better side than any of the three that came up last year.
I, if not fully agreeing with, certainly sympathise with a lot of what you say. And it is very eloquently written. It is the sort of measured post that I always want these threads to be full of rather than the sneering ones(from either side).
You've slightly misunderstood my post, probably due to my poor wording in it.
What I meant was that the opening post reads to me like a deliberate attempt to provoke a certain response around the idea of nationalism. We know that a few posters will get purple faced with rage at the idea of...
