Anyone else at Barns Green on Sunday? One of my favourite races but I don’t think I’ve done it since 2016 - I doubt I’ll get near the times I was running back then. Five weeks away from a marathon so managed a 20 mile run this week - not easy with the weather!

Had my Garmin 235 for a good five years now and if I replaced it I would probably go for the 245 which was around £150 on Amazon recently. Heard a lot of good things about Coros recently - especially about battery life.

Dawn on the Downs today - lovely race, low key trail run through beautiful scenery north of Worthing near Highdown. 10mile, 10k and 5k distances. Very happy to finish 24th of 116 in 10 miler. Going forward definitely more the kind of event I want to take part in rather than the big city events.
