Don't think a Bill can just proceed after a pause/change of Government? It will have to start all over again, unless I'm mistaken, as it's a Conservative Bill?
If it's anything like the Last 16, there will be loads of people selling tickets in and around the fan parks and bars. They transfer it to you whilst you're with them.
This just doesn't work. If it's not 'clearly' offside by looking at it, but is 'technically' offside on a forensic level, there would be even more controversy around it than there is now. You'd have fans complaining that a goal was allowed despite it being offside, even though it wasn't...
Doesn’t work. The debate over whether the decision right or wrong will persist, which will maintain controversy. One person’s definition of clear and obvious will be another person’s not clear and obvious.
Kicking the can down the road for me, Clive.
The fact the poll returned a 50/50 split, it's a fact that he's not a legend. The title must come with unanimous or near unanimous backing!
I'd be shocked if Dunk returned worse than 99/1 scores.
Agree, it’s not a penalty by itself. Dunk’s also allowed to shove him off, which he did, before being dragged to the ground. Do you think Dunk acted disproportionately to the situation?
What’s the alternative? Dunk just stands there, unable to move with two hands wrapped round his waste? Pushing off entirely proportionate, he’s got a corner to get on the end of. Quite clearly didn’t start it.
Agree not enough by itself, but you have to put Dunk’s reaction into the context of why he was doing it - because Wissa wrapped his hands round Dunk’s waist. You say it’s not enough of a foul, but is it a foul or not?
Pretty clear that Dunk didn’t ‘start it’, whatever one’s views on pen or no.
