I saw an article in 442 that Matip is still not signed for anyone - if we needed an experienced centre back who knows the EPL would he not be better - he’s younger knows the league (the other players it mentioned as frees were Hummel, Rabiot, Depay and Martial)
Yes, the club will email asking you if you want a season ticket, due to other commitments I didn’t have a season ticket last season so I got offered after the renewals had happened
As an Albion member last season - I always got a ticket for a game and at least 5 times this was only 2hours before kick off - so capacity is probably right
At a fans evening I remember Paul Barber said something like the perfect sustainable size is a 20th of your support and that 30k was at Brighton’s level - that was about 6 years ago
Why would 1300 seats not be sold (31,900ish capaucity) - agree actual attendance might be around 30,600 due to summer holidays, it being Man Utd means need previous history to buy a ticket

Mr amateur (so you need to do your own check) here but this is what I’ve picked up in my research:
1. Delaying state pension - you need to do your calcs of money in banking it vs increase in pension. A friend of mine did this and ended up putting his state pension into his SIPP getting the tax...
