The atmosphere was really flat leading up to the goal.

Started off well, but had gone pretty quiet before their goal.
And was dire after it.

If ever a goal changed the atmosphere of s game, it was JPVH's
Absolutely nothing happened till they scored though. Nothing whatsoever. everyone knows British crowds react to what's going on on the pitch for the most part

Fulham were the better team first half we were much improved second half our bench is one of the best in the country and the spirit within the team combined with a never say die attitude playing until the final whistle means we ground out a result, come the end of the season wherever we end up its wins like these that might just win us something
I thought it was pretty even match , but our subs gave us a bit more energy , and finally the winner

Well that was just delicious. After years of Fulham either battering us or shithousing their way to undeserved, ugly, spawny, last ditch wins, I could not be happier.

Honestly, if before the match, you’d offered me a 4-0 win or a narrow victory at the death thanks to a 98th minute penalty that they’re absolutely fuming about, I’d take the latter every single time. And I hope they’re all angrily stomping their way all the way back to Waitrose on Fulham High Street in the sort of frothing rage that can only be soothed by a tub of freshly made organic houmous and a handful of artisan sourdough breadsticks.
To be fair, that's how I might celebrate as well. I think a lot of our supporters would too. I'd love to see the menu for @Guinness Boy cooking tonight. I suspect that would go well in Putney. Lovely stuff.

It’s Rice Krispies with a lager reduction

He was looking for it though, had no chance of doing anything with the ball if he wasn't kicked.
Clever play or cheating, you decide. Depends on the team you supprt i guess
Just think back to that **** Grealish that got Lamptey sent off. They all look for it, so all good...

Well that was - in the end - a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon. We discussed the match before it started and thought we'd ok with a draw. And thought, after those two offside goals, that's that what we'd be getting too.

Very glad we stayed to the very end - and what a lovely end it was!

I was stupidly pleased for Weiffer’s late positive contribution. I really think he’s going to be a big big player for us

A cool head who patiently waited for the right moments, ignoring crowd noise to put it in the mixer. FH (without mentioning MW) explicitly mentioned this was the plan.

Do you feel better after posting that, I have a feeling when you get home, your going to pour your favourite drink, and…..

Relax
