I actually thought he spoke well.... I'm still in the out camp, but willing to change my view if he can turn the ship around and get some results short term.

I can't watch more than 2 minutes of him droning on about trusting the process. Sooner he's gone the better. Out of his depth.

He definitely has the worst haircuts of any Brighton manager I can remember, including Sami Hyypia.
