Finished the month at 80.3 kgs which I,m more than happy about.

My personal target for February is a minimum loss of 1.3 kgs. Eating sensibly with the odd treat, this is achievable. If I want to go back to the old habits October 2024, I will fail.

I like my new habits....mentally and physically.

Hoping others will keep on this 'well worth' thread and prolong life and feel good factors.

8/1 82.5kg
14/1 81.5kg
21/1 81.5kg
29/1 81.1kg
4/2 80.4kg

Another downward tick. Social life/bad habits vs trying to eat better is an ongoing battle, but happy with a pound a week or so over the last month. Alcohol consumption much reduced, 4 dry days per week minimum.

Not at all.........I like a drink but quite happy not to have one. It's a bit 'bingey' when I do though. Also had way too much through Oct - early Jan as was on holiday for most of it. Bigger issue is crap food and portion sizes.
